Bachelor Parties

Let’s face it – guys tend to be a bit cruder when it comes to bachelor parties than the ladies with their bachelorette parties. It must be some genetic thing. One thing is for certain. There are not too many bachelor parties held at home. Guys have to go out. It’s in their nature to travel in a pack.

When it comes to the bachelor party, no invitations are printed up. Guys typically just email or call each other to say “be there.” For many men, the bar and bachelor party games are all part of bachelor parties. With a few brews, some of the guys will play pool or darts and generally harass the groom about his soon-to-be married status. Of course, some bachelor party ideas start with the bar and game scenario and are then extrapolated into getting a bachelor party stripper.

For some people a bachelor party + stripper equal one wild bachelor party. These bachelor party entertainers give the guys an excuse to act unlike themselves for at least a few hours out of their lives. If any bachelor party pictures are taken when a stripper is around, it might be a good idea that they never see the light of day. The bride and other females will likely be a bit ticked off about any nefarious bachelor party photos.

Wild bachelor parties could also head into extreme status depending on the activities decided upon. This could be traveling to Nevada for a Las Vegas bachelor party to get in some real gambling. Extreme could also mean sky diving, kayaking or deep sea fishing. In these extreme instances, bachelor party pics can be fun to share.

The American wedding bachelor party could incorporate any number of things. If the groom is a church-goer and does not get into the wild partying atmosphere, there is also the Christian bachelor party option. Sometimes, it is better to be safe than sorry and actually hire a company to do the bachelor party planning. This could just mean booking a place for the event or even providing a chaperone and designated driver if everyone wanted to go bar-hopping.

There are plenty of ideas in regards to bachelor parties. From the wild to the sedate, there are different avenues to pursue. The best bet is to get with the groom to see what his ideas are. After all, bachelor parties are all about the groom’s last days as a single man. Let him choose how he wants to celebrate.
